An Inside Sales Representative (ISR) works closely with these local companies to help them achieve their goals using Yelp’s various advertising programs. You’ll speak on the phone with small business owners to understand their needs and objectives, then customize each sale to assist in realizing those objectives. Your main duty in this position will be to sell Yelp advertising space to local businesses across the US and Canada. You will encounter all of this while working remotely on a flexible virtual team.

By making a lot of outbound sales calls, you can successfully close deals while informing customers about Yelp’s advertising programs. All telephone work is required for this position.
Your objective is to contact as many businesses as you can. Starting at 7:30 a.m., you’ll work one of the following shifts or as otherwise decided by your manager. m. (according to your local time). 4:30 p.m. to mdot. m. ; 8:30 a. until 5:30 p.m. 9:30 a.m.; or mdot. until 6:30 p.m. m.
Own and manage a client pipeline with dentists, florists, and restaurant proprietors that is arranged in our CRM (Salesforce).
By eliminating the dreaded commute, you and your team will be able to work comfortably from home, Monday through Friday, selling advertising to small local businesses.
You need to become an expert in Yelp’s advertising features and be able to quickly modify product recommendations to meet customer needs if you want to succeed. Additionally, you must ask probing questions and override client resistance and objections.
Reaching and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals requires a strong work ethic and tenacity.

A GED or HS diploma OR two or more years of experience working with customers.

There’s no need to avoid using the phone.
It is necessary to be familiar with email and computers in general. We use Google Suite and provide a Macbook laptop.

The first year’s earnings can range between $50,000 and $65,000 with a base salary and unlimited monthly sales incentives.
Year 2 earnings are on track at $70k, with top performers averaging $112k.
$37,000 as a starting base salary plus unrestricted commission.
