As an Apple Support Advisor, it will be your duty to support many of our well-known products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs. As our customers’ initial point of contact, you’ll represent Apple warmly by providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We’ll rely on you to listen to what our clients have to say and to apply your technical expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm to meet their needs.
