The Global Mobility and Immigration (GMandamp;I) team at Wayfair works with internal and external stakeholders to develop a best-in-class mobility experience for our international workforce.
•  You will collaborate with vendors, leaders, talent, and your team as a Senior Associate to ensure that the needs of both our employees and the business are met. Additionally, you will work closely with our immigration and relocation vendors to stay informed about your caseload and be able to provide pertinent updates as needed. To ensure that our GM&I processes are incorporated and supported in the Wayfair service environment, you will also work closely with a variety of Talent teams.
•  The position necessitates you to be very collaborative as you will be working closely with senior partners across several teams, including Talent, Finance, and Legal at Wayfair.

 What You’ll Do Is.

•  help with daily GM&I program activities like mobility in North America, US domestic relocation, and US and Canadian visa issues. It’s necessary to respond to inquiries, maintain compliance, and plan actions for pertinent stakeholders.
•  You can support US and Canadian immigration extensions and modifications by making recommendations, regularly compiling reports, and reviewing petitions.
•  Coordinate your efforts to participate in the US Green Card program.
•  Work with our outside law firm to make sure US and Canadian immigration filings are done on time.
•  Participate in weekly operating calls with our relocation and immigration vendors to ensure that we are kept informed of any case delays.
•  Make sure to regularly assess the US domestic relocation program in light of business requirements, stakeholder perceptions, and market trends. Put your findings into action by working with internal and external stakeholders.
•  Create solutions to address TM and business mobility needs; provide quick, cost-effective solutions while upholding consistency, adhering to policy guidelines, and finding the ideal balance between business and employee needs.
•  Internal intranet sites should be updated to maintain policies and information.
•  Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the necessary service levels are provided in support of the relocation goals.
•  By actively managing vendor performance, you can enhance the experience of your assignees.
•  Understanding and analyzing operational metrics with the right tools, highlighting trends and areas of opportunity, will help the organization turn data points into insights.

 You’ll need to have.

•  the ability to manage and process immigration and mobility programs for at least five years.
•  A bachelor’s degree is required.
•  It is necessary to be able to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $83,500 to $92,500; however, the base pay offered may differ depending on the location, expertise, and experience pertinent to the job.
