Accertify’s global fraud-fighting team is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Manager to join.

What impact do you hope to have on this position?

The role of the product manager in cross-functional teams and client collaboration is critical to efficiently prioritize features and develop products that guarantee the success of our customers. In charge of product management for Accertify’s main platform, this person will put a strong emphasis on machine learning and reporting capabilities.

Important Duties and Responsibilities:

User testing should be done as well as user stories being defined in conjunction with engineering and design.
Work closely with the Accertify Decision Sciences team to identify novel patterns to strengthen our machine learning models.
In line with our product strategy and roadmap, oversee several projects.
Managing in-market products after launch and coordinating between teams to launch features and products.
to identify and seize market opportunities, gathering competitive intelligence.
Technical requirements development and specification.
To develop efficient distribution plans, the marketing, sales, and partnership teams should work together.
looking into potential new revenue streams.
ensuring accurate product documentation for both internal and external use.
tracking key product metrics and creating internal dashboards for measurement.
organizing the backlog of requests and suggestions.
Make sure that all operating teams are trained on new product offers and go-to-market strategies. Research, develop, coordinate, and implement a product strategy.
We will identify issues with clients and potential customers and demonstrate how our solution(s) can aid in their resolution.

The minimum requirements consist of:

considerable experience in product management for B2B software development, e. g. services based on SaaS.
possessing knowledge of B2B product market entry.
establishing and maintaining solid connections with clients and project stakeholders; effective interpersonal and leadership abilities.
ability to collaborate with others and make complex decisions.
When working with engineers, designers, and business partners, good teamwork skills.
experienced in using JIRA/Confluence to create business requirement documentation.
Excellent presentation, time management, and communication skills.
capable of presenting information to audiences with a range of sizes and educational backgrounds.
a strong entrepreneurial spirit, as well as the ability to handle uncertainty and rapid change.
a free-thinking individual who enjoys bringing about change and progress.
