•  The ranking, matching, and pricing of the ads are determined by formulas that compare ads from various sources of ad inventory.
•  To efficiently distribute, match, and establish connections between consumers and advertisers, create and use predictive models.
•  To thoroughly understand what is occurring in our ads marketplace and to identify new areas for our engineering teams to focus on, conduct and oversee analyses.
•  Optimize different aspects of the ad auction to raise value for advertisers and raise long-term revenue.

 The conditions for success are as follows.

•  A bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience are prerequisites.
•  a background in physics, mathematics, systems engineering, economics, or any other relevant field that enables you to be skilled at developing advertising features, as well as experience as a product manager in a relevant industry.
•  Customer-driven: motivated by increasing sales and translating customers’ wants and needs into functional features. Has experience resolving difficult, crucial-to-business technical issues.
•  Problem solver: enjoys breaking down complex, unstructured problems into manageable components and then coming up with short- and long-term strategies from there; you can conduct your own analysis using iPython and SQL.
•  Effective communicator: able to synthesize and translate between technical and non-technical audiences; successfully explains complex topics to stakeholders across various organizational parts.
•  Operational expertise: Constantly looks for ways to make the dependability of advertising systems and the monitoring of metrics better.
•  Strong team player who enjoys working with people from different teams, departments, and time zones.

•  $90,000 to $230,000 is the salary range per year. It’s possible that you’ll receive rewards and restricted stock units.
