DESCRIPTION:

  • The Business Operations and Strategy team is in charge of identifying problem areas and directing the strategy behind operational changes to produce incremental and sustainable growth in user contribution, traffic, and revenue. As an Analyst, you will work cross-functionally with various business units to support these initiatives. We work together with our sales organization to help create its incentive compensation system, which will allow us to test new products and price points before making them available to business owners. We plan with our marketing team to come up with new and better ways to attract new customers.
