We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, Midmarket Sales, to remotely manage a team of Regional Directors who actively supervise Midmarket Sales Directors in all areas, from prospecting, pitching, and closing new business to generating additional revenue from existing Midmarket accounts. The Senior Director, Midmarket Sales, should have knowledge of coaching leaders through organizational change.

You’ll be responsible for the midmarket’s most significant accounts.
As a group of regional sales directors develop effective sales strategies, you will supervise and mentor them. These tactics will include the application of multi-tiered approaches, the development of a sizable network of contacts, the definition of quantifiable success metrics, the development of successful campaigns, the handling of attribution discussions, the recognition and avoidance of risks, and the precise forecasting of opportunities.
Mentoring leaders in coaching, metrics, new business development, and post-sale accounts is what you will do.
You’ll be able to meet and even exceed your sales team quotas for the quarter if you hold your team accountable for actions that generate revenue.
Your team’s activities, opportunities, and risks will be regularly updated to management.
There will be implementation of strategic planning, forecasting, ongoing leadership, and sales team development.
In terms of output, protocol, and efficiency, you will see advancements in every area.
You’ll establish and keep up relationships with executives to support sales activities.
You will assist in finishing challenging, multimillion-dollar programs with the help of your team.

Over the course of more than 5 years, you have managed a team of leaders.
For more than 10 years, you’ve worked in relevant Enterprise and/or Midmarket environments in sales roles related to digital and advertising.
You have produced annual revenue of over $30M.
You have a track record of exceeding sales targets by millions of dollars.
You are a skilled communicator with a history of executive outreach success.
You have experience starting businesses from scratch and forming partnerships.
You have control over important internal discussions with reps and client escalations.
You can successfully navigate uncertainty for all parties and have an impact on desired outcomes.
