You will collaborate closely with these local companies as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help them achieve their goals using Yelp’s various advertising programs. You’ll speak on the phone with small business owners to understand their needs and objectives, and you’ll then customize each sale to assist in realizing those objectives. •  Since people are the foundation of everything we do, one of your top priorities should be educating proprietors of businesses about the advantages of Yelp’s advertising platform. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for negotiating deals with local businesses across the US and Canada to purchase advertising space on Yelp. Success in this position is characterized by the capacity to meet and surpass monthly sales targets, keep a steady lead on daily metrics, and accept rejection with grace.  You’ll perform:.

•  Prepare, organize, and effectively sell Yelp advertising programs through a significant volume of outbound sales calls—this role is entirely phone-based.
•  Your objective is to get in touch with as many businesses as you can. Starting at 7:30 a.m., you’ll work one of the following schedules or as otherwise decided by your manager. m. (according to your local time). 4:30 p.m. to mdot. m. ; 8:30 a. till 5:30 p.m. 9:30 a.m. or mdot. 6:30 p.m. to mdot. m.
•  own and manage a client pipeline that is organized in our CRM (Salesforce) and includes dentists, florists, and restaurant owners.

•  Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions, and quickly adapt product recommendations to client needs. Your success will depend on your ability to ask incisive questions and overcome client resistance and objections.

 To be successful, you need to:.

•  two or more years of customer service experience and a high school diploma OR.
•  an undergraduate qualification.

•  You must have a fundamental understanding of computers and email because we use Google Suite and provide a Macbook laptop.

•  Possibility of managing independently without supervision and setting priorities successfully.

 What you will get is:.

•  The first year’s earnings can range between $50,000 and $65,000 with a base salary and unlimited monthly sales incentives.
•  On target earnings are $70k, with top performers averaging $112k in year two.
•  a $37k base salary plus an uncapped commission, effective immediately.
