Eight-hour shifts, or a total of forty hours a week, will be required of you between the operational hours of 5 a.m. m. and 6 p. m. Time is 6 a.m. Pacific. m. and 7 p. m. 7, Mountain Time. m. and 8 p. m. 8 a.m. Central Time. m. and 9 p. m. East Coast Time. Workdays are from Monday through Friday.
To give our small business advertisers a 5-star experience, the Yelp Customer Success team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative. You will devote your time as a member of the Customer Success team to assisting, advising, and keeping our advertisers after the sale.

You will increase Yelp’s revenue retention by providing excellent and effective customer support.
You’ll handle escalations, upgrade a client’s advertising campaign as needed, and prevent cancellations.
You will guide and direct Yelp advertisers by responding to a lot of incoming calls and emails.
You can prove Yelp’s worth to clients by emphasizing the investment returns using ad performance metrics.
Your ability to ask perceptive questions and disarm objections will be essential to your success. You will become knowledgeable about Yelp’s advertising options and quickly adapt product recommendations to suit client needs.
You’ll show that you can communicate clearly when you interact with customers and other Yelp employees both internally and externally.
You’ll maintain your organization and productivity in a hectic environment.

You have a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience working directly with clients in your industry.
You previously worked in upselling and client retention (strong preference).
You are technically capable of using computers and information systems.
Speaking and writing come naturally to you.
Finding problems and solutions is something you excel at.
You have prior sales, marketing, or account management experience, preferably in small businesses.
You recognize the importance of local small businesses to local economies and value them in your community.
Your excellent time management and organizational skills enable you to keep track of and complete many details.
You possess the maturity and solution-oriented approach necessary to carry out challenging conversations with business owners.
You can balance consulting and supporting as needed.
You are willing to take advice from others and act on it.
You have the ability to adjust to a quick-paced, dynamic environment.

On the first day of employment, employees are eligible for full medical, vision, and dental coverage (employee-only plans are offered at no cost to the employee).
