Joining the Yelp Local Sales team as crucial members, sales managers are required. Yelp’s over 138 million unique monthly visitors, rapidly expanding user community, and integrated forum for customer interactions make it an excellent platform for advertisers to connect with a passionate audience. You will be in charge of motivating a team of 10–12 inside sales representatives to acquire new customers in order to meet monthly revenue targets.

You’ll perform:.

You’ll be providing one-on-one coaching and feedback to a group of account executives.
Your rep team will receive coaching, development, and inspiration in order to succeed and develop into future leaders.
You will expect your team members to ensure that prospects are given accurate and complete information about our offerings, including pricing, policies, and terms.
You’ll run effective group trainings, one-on-one consultations, and team meetings.
Your monthly sales team quotas will be exceeded.
There will be implementation of strategic planning, forecasting, and sales training.

If you have prior Salesforce CRM experience, that would be ideal but is not required.
You have a bachelor’s degree OR three years of experience working with customers.
You possess a GED or a high school diploma.
