Summary.
- In order to deliver incremental and sustainable growth in user contribution, traffic, and revenue, the Business Operations and Strategy team is in charge of identifying potential improvement areas and directing the strategy underlying those operational changes. You will work cross-functionally as an analyst with different divisions of our business to support these initiatives. We work with our sales organization to develop their incentive compensation system in addition to researching and testing new products and price points to offer to business owners. - You will work closely with representatives from each of Yelp’s business units to develop analytically supported insights and business decisions that will improve the bottom line of the company.
- You will actively work with Excel to deliver excellent analytic support while utilizing other tools (SQL, Salesforce, Python, Google Analytics, Tableau) as required.
