Yelp Restaurants is looking for an enthusiastic foundational hire to fill the Associate Mid-Market Account Executive (AMMAE) position. As an Associate Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a significant role in developing new partnerships with businesses with multiple locations.
From prospecting to closing and everything in between, this role is entirely yours to own. On a daily basis, you’ll be calling, pitching, and following up with mid-market restaurant executives to explain the value Yelp products can unlock. You will work closely with the Restaurant Success team to guarantee that the customers you bring on board are happy and prepared for growth.
Your ability to quickly adapt and iterate will determine how successful you are on this newly formed team. You’re skilled at navigating hierarchical structures and lengthy sales cycles. We’re looking to grow our team, so we’re looking for someone with experience in successful technology sales.

You will control your own opportunities and territory by cultivating new leads and creating/maintaining your pipeline.
You will be in charge of all aspects of the full sales cycle, including making introductory calls, responding to incoming queries, identifying business objectives through qualifying, closing the deal, and handling the upsell and expansion.
You will specialize in Yelp’s Guest Manager, Connect, and Advertising solutions.
Your success will depend on your ability to ask pointed questions and respond to objections. You will swiftly modify your product recommendations to accommodate shifting client requirements.
Your quarterly sales goals will be met, and frequently exceeded.
In order to ensure that current customers get the most out of the product(s) offered, you will strategize and optimize for them with the Restaurant Success Team.
You will manage, diffuse, and direct client feedback through the appropriate channels.
Over 30% of the time, you’ll be eager to travel (for in-person meetings).
Please be aware that although this position will be performed remotely, the applicant must reside no more than 50 miles from a busy airport.

With goals exceeded and a quick ramp, you have a track record of success in SaaS sales.
You have a working knowledge of Salesforce.com. knowledgeable about opportunities, cases, and reports.
Excellent communicator – You are very good at speaking with customers over the phone, via email, or in a live chat.
Being adaptable entails having the ability to act quickly and look for additional resources when needed.

Associate and senior MMAEs’ starting base salaries per year, plus performance-based bonuses, range from £55656 to £71558. The final leveling will be determined by experience.
