What to do:

We currently have a creative team of 12 and your priority will always be to lead, mentor, inspire and support the career growth and position of these wonderful people.
You will manage and prioritize high-quality, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, ensuring efficient and timely delivery. You will be a strategic leader aligned with the business, with a proven ability to use data to inform creativity and confidently direct our talented creatives.
You will lead multiple vertical creative teams and corporate teams to drive the creation of consistent creative content.
You will create, maintain and champion quality standards for the team and collaborate with other leaders to ensure quality at Yelp. You will be a thinker inside and outside the team, contributing to the approach to the design of various creations, from simple to complex.
You will work with project management and cross-functional partners to create projects and requirements, knowing when to scale up or scale down ideas to meet briefs and achieve business goals.
You will work with project management to ensure that teams and projects are working efficiently and that the product development process is successful.
You will recruit and retain professionals and meet regularly with your team to promote development and growth. You will lead by example and promote a culture of kindness, respect and compassionate problem solving
You will develop and share best practices for teams that maximize creative achievement. Drives/owns execution principles for the brand. You will understand creative requests and direct creative direction to meet KPIs.
