 You’ll do the following.

•  Make formulas for pricing, matching, and ranking ads across various ad inventory sources.
•  To efficiently distribute, match, and connect advertisers with consumers, develop and use predictive models.
•  To fully understand what is happening in our ads marketplace and to identify new areas for our engineering teams to focus on, conduct and oversee analyses.
•  Optimize a number of ad auction components to raise value for advertisers and raise long-term revenue.

 Success demands the following.

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
•  a background in physics, math, systems engineering, economics, or any other relevant field that enables you to be adept at developing advertising features, as well as experience as a product manager in a relevant industry.
•  has practical experience resolving complicated, crucial technical issues. Tech-savvy. Customer-driven. Motivated by generating revenue growth and transforming the wants and needs of customers into concrete features.
•  Problem solver: enjoys breaking down challenging, unstructured problems into manageable parts and then developing short- and long-term plans from there; you can carry out your own analysis using iPython and SQL.
•  Effective communicators can combine and translate between technical and non-technical audiences, and they can persuade stakeholders from different departments of an organization about difficult subjects.
•  Operational expertise: Constantly thinks of ways to make the reliability of the ad system and the monitoring of metrics better.
•  Strong team player who enjoys working with individuals from various teams, functions, and time zones.
