Note that even though this position will be performed remotely, U. S. Residency is necessary. At this time, we are not considering any candidates from the San Francisco Bay Area.
You must put in 40 hours of work per week, or eight eight-hour shifts, between the operational hours of 5 a.m. m. and 6 p. m. 6 a.m. Pacific Time. m. and 7 p. m. Mountain Time, 7 a.m. m. and 8 p. m. 8 a.m. Central Time. m. and 9 p. m. East Coast Time. The working days are Mon–Fri.
To give our small business advertisers a 5-star experience, the Yelp Customer Success team is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Success Representative. You will be dedicated to assisting, advising, and keeping our advertisers after the sale as a member of the Customer Success team.

You will improve Yelp’s capacity to retain customers and generate revenue by providing excellent and prompt customer support.
Escalations will be managed, cancellations will be avoided, and, if necessary, an upgrade of a client’s advertising campaign will be made.
You will guide and direct Yelp advertisers by responding to a lot of incoming calls and emails.
You can show clients the value of Yelp by highlighting the financial returns on their investment using ad performance metrics.
Your success will depend on your ability to pose pointed questions and address opposition. You will become an authority on Yelp’s advertising options and be able to swiftly modify product recommendations to meet client requirements.
You will exhibit effective communication skills when conversing with customers and other Yelp employees, both internally and externally.
You’ll remain efficient and organized in a busy environment.
Your monthly goals will typically be met or exceeded.

You have three or more years of relevant client-facing experience, a bachelor’s degree, or both.
You’ve had success in the past upselling and keeping clients, if possible.
You are well-versed in the technical aspects of computers and information systems.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Finding problems and solutions comes naturally to you.
You’ve had prior business, sales, marketing, or account management experience.
You value local businesses and are conscious of their importance to regional economies.
Thanks to your excellent time management and organizational skills, you can keep track of and complete many details.
You possess the maturity and solution-focused skills necessary to have difficult conversations with business owners.
