  •  We are searching for a qualified Senior Director, Midmarket Sales to work remotely in order to actively manage Midmarket Sales Directors in all areas, from increasing revenue from Midmarket accounts to prospecting, pitching, and closing new business. The Senior Director, Midmarket Sales, must have prior experience coaching leaders through organizational change and developing them as mentors.

 What follows is what you’ll do.
  •  The most significant accounts in the midmarket will be under your management.
  •  You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of regional sales directors as they develop successful sales strategies. These strategies will involve using multi-tiered approaches, creating successful campaigns, navigating attribution discussions, identifying and averting risks, and accurately forecasting opportunities.
  •  In addition to coaching leaders, you will mentor them in the areas of activity, metrics, post-sale revenue generation, and new client accounts.
  •  You can anticipate that your team will meet and surpass your quarterly sales team quotas if you assign tasks that result in revenue to them.
  •  You’ll keep management informed about team activities, opportunities, and risks on a regular basis.
  •  You’ll put forecasting, strategic planning, and ongoing development of your sales team and leadership into action.
  •  The efficiency, procedure, and productivity in every area will increase.
  •  You will cultivate and uphold relationships with executives in order to support the expansion of sales activities.

 To succeed, you’ll need:.
  •  For more than five years, you have been in charge of a team of leaders.
  •  You have more than ten years of relevant Enterprise and/or Midmarket sales experience in the fields of digital and advertising.
  •  You have produced yearly income of over $30M.
  •  You frequently surpass sales targets by millions of dollars.
  •  You have a history of effective executive outreach and are a gifted communicator.
  •  You have experience building partnerships from scratch as a businessperson.
  •  You can control client escalations as well as crucial rep-rep communications internally.
  •  While navigating uncertainty for all parties, you can direct people toward desired outcomes.

  •  You are able to travel between 30% and 50% of the time.
