As an Amazon technical supporter, you have a clear goal: to investigate and resolve questions about services on Amazon’s digital devices, such as Kindle, Echo, and Fire TV (among others) and to provide our customers with a unique approach. You will be the first point of contact for North American and UK customers answering their questions via phone, chat and/or email, and will use a variety of tools to investigate and resolve issues directly, research solutions and Communicate effectively and. customers.   • What experience is required? 1+ years of experience in inbound customer relations roles, in a BPO or contact center supporting phone calls (Preferred), and/or
