To assist with the gathering of securities from every department within the company, the Global Securities Aggregation Platform (GSAP) team at Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer. The position will work closely with the product stakeholders to manage requirements, set priorities, and deliver solutions for the processing of securities position and security master reference data. The candidate must possess knowledge and expertise in related risk management and financial services. GSAP is utilized to support essential present and future regulatory monitoring and reporting Risk Management processes, with significant effects on senior management, lines of business, compliance/audit functions, and regulatory agencies both internally and externally.

Minimum requirements include.

Experience in software engineering, or equivalent, as demonstrated by any one or a combination of the following: education, training, work experience, and/or military service.
an understanding of securities, including equities and fixed income instruments, and experience in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of the Agile framework and associated software, such as JIRA and Confluence, with an emphasis on the management of requirements (epics and stories).
experience with requirements visualization, including the development of use cases and process flows.

Expectations for the position:.

working a minimum of three days a week from the London office under a hybrid working model.
