In relation to this position:.

Wells Fargo is looking for a Relationship Sales Manager (RM) to add to our current UK Distribution Finance commercial team. In North England and North Wales, with a home office nearby, the RM will be in charge of establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with customers.

To service credit line needs, originate new credit lines, create proposals and credit packages, manage in-life file conditions, and carry out KYC and AML, frequent interactions with customers will be necessary.

You’ll be in this position.

To maintain and grow both current and new relationships with customers, routine face-to-face, phone, and email interactions are required.
Understand their credit line requirements in full, and make the program terms and facility conditions crystal clear to support current and future needs.
To ensure alignment with dealer credit lines, understand manufacturer sales forecasts and plans, and be proactive when necessary or when a customer’s credit profile permits it.
Prepare a preliminary financial analysis and justification to support credit line submissions and the underwriting selection process.
From the documentation stage to credit line activation, manage the pipeline and business activities associated with credit line applications.
possess the capacity to bargain for suitable types of security to meet the requirements of a dealer credit line.
AML/KYC compliance, corporate and legal compliance, and the execution of legal contracts as required.
Work with portfolio and account management to resolve challenging customer issues, billing errors, payment performance, and disputes.
Recognize and propose opportunities for portfolio growth, process improvement, and risk management expansion.
Review the vendor portfolio by attending yearly dealer events, trade shows, and meetings.

The following credentials are needed internationally:.

experience in origination, relationship management, and/or business development.
Strong credit and communication skills, as well as practical knowledge of company analysis and engaging in commercial and consultative conversations with clients over the phone or in person, are required.
requires fluency in English.
