The planning, execution, evaluation, and management of the entire Customer experience across Wayfair’s websites and mobile applications fall under the purview of the Storefront team. The ideal applicant for this position cares deeply about users and is driven to use research to enhance consumers’ experiences.

 What Actions You’ll Take.

•  The way our users interact with the platform will be determined by you as a Quantitative User Researcher II on our Storefront team. As the person in this position, you will be responsible for determining the outcomes of a variety of projects. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the AAI team, which will present you with even more exciting chances to develop your skills.
•  You will use your knowledge of business intelligence platforms, particularly Looker, to promote the use of product analytics throughout the user research function. This position requires your proficiency in quantitative research methodologies, which will allow you to manage large-scale surveys and conduct tasks like segmentation and UX benchmarking studies. You’ll have the chance to experiment with cutting-edge visualization tools like Full Story and Google Big Query in addition to statistical programs like SPSS or R.
•  As a Quantitative User Researcher II, your primary goal will be to identify the “what” of Storefront’s user experience and opportunities to scale up CX. In order to ensure that our users have the best platform experience possible, our user experience strategy will be formed in large part by your findings.

 How much you’ll require.

•  Professional experience – approx. two or more years’ worth of professional research experience, at least one of which should have been spent conducting user research.
•  a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as human factors, experimental/cognitive psychology, or human computer interaction.
•  You will be able to plan projects and carry them out while selecting the best methodology to deal with crucial product and research queries after having conducted quantitative research.
•  To define and manage the logistics, scheduling, and incentives for UXR study recruitment, you will work closely with Research Operations.
•  You’ll need to be able to analyze data and tell a compelling story in order to present UXR insights to key stakeholders and provide them with actionable insights.
•  You will work with individuals from a variety of departments, including engineering, product design, content strategy, and management, so collaboration skills are crucial.
•  understanding of design and research tools, such as Qualtrics, Userzoom/Usertesting, Optimal Workshop, Reduct, Full Story, Resonate, Figma, and Miro.
•  Your research will aid product and design in identifying and seizing new opportunities by keeping a product-centric perspective.

Candidates for this position may be located in either Boston, Massachusetts, or Toronto, Ontario, but they must follow the hybrid work schedule guidelines set forth by their team.
