What to do…

• Provides customer service by responding to and resolving customer and store disputes and ad hoc inquiries requiring investigation; escalate customer inquiries and provide status updates and guidance to management; communicating orally and in writing with clients; conduct compliance audits; discuss differences; analyze, translate and incorporate information into reports for customer research; ensure that customer and partner electronic payment data is secure; and coordinating communications between customers and other service providers. Accomplish tasks and priorities using policies, data and resources; communicate with managers, colleagues, clients and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; work; communicate progress and information; identify and recommend ways to address opportunities for improvement; and to adapt and learn from change, challenge and feedback.
