Implementation, Supervision, And Training Of Inventory Best Practices And SOPS For The Entire Store, Including The Front End And Pharmacy. Provides Assistance With Pharmacy Inventory Management Tasks Like Receiving, Counting, Ordering, And Facilitating Returns. Champions On-Shelf Availability Is Responsibile For Receiving, Counting, Pricing, Returns, And All In-Store Inventory Procedures. Validates And Confirms The Accuracy Of Planograms.

•  Responsible For Reviewing And Organizing The Appropriate Application Of Reports And System Applications That Have An Impact On The Precision Of Front End And Pharmacy On-Hand Balances And Pricing.
•  The Duties Of This Position Include Implementing And Maintaining Front End And Pharmacy Asset Protection Strategies, Filing Claims For Warehouse And Vendor Overages (Goods Received But Not Billed), Shortfalls (Goods Billed But Not Received), Order Errors, Or Damaged Goods, Including Prescription Drugs.
•  When Necessary, Opens And Closes The Designated Store, Activates All Required Systems, Performs Cash Handling And Cashier Duties, And Ensures That The Floor And Stock Room Are Ready For The Workday.

If The Product Was Physically Delivered, Take The Appropriate Action By Marking The Delivery As Received, Contacting The Vendor Regarding Previously Unfulfilled Scheduled Receipts, And Opening Tickets As Necessary To Change Incorrect Orders.
•  Checks That All Pharmacy Shipments Are Posted For Items That Have Been Physically Received At The Store, As Directed By The Pharmacist In Charge. Perform Any Necessary Tote Audits, Finish Or Confirm Postings For All Pharmacy Warehouse Orders, Daily ABC Prescription And OTC Orders, Secondary Vendor Orders, Flu And Dropship Orders, And Accurately Report Any Shortages Or Damaged Goods.
•  Executes Disposals, Call-Ins, And Vendor Returns Prior To Expiration; Completes Scan Outs/Scan Out Returns On All Subscribed Departments, Including Vendor/DSD Departments And Pharmacy Scan Outs. All Of This Is A Part Of The End-To-End Process For On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
•  Performs Pharmacy Inventory Tasks As Directed By The Pharmacist In Charge, Including But Not Limited To Vendor Returns, Non-Controlled Returns, Damaged Salvage Returns, And Pharmacy Recalls In Compliance With The Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy. Supports Interstore Pharmacy Transfers Or Excess Inventory Returns When Required For ABC Overstock That Cannot Be Returned. Confirms The Posting Of All Pharmacy And Prescription Claims.
•  Completes All Pricing Operations, Including Price Adjustments, Markdowns, And Markdown Deletions. Responsible For All Elements Of The Department’s Basic Pricing, Such As Daily Price Adjustments, Accurate Pricing, Appropriate Signage, And Dependable And Timely Completion Of Any Additional Regulatory Pricing Tasks.
•  Purchasing Costly Items To Support Front-End And Pharmacy Ordering. Verifies Manual Pharmacy Orders For Extra Orders. Consignment Stock Is Controlled, And Orders Are Placed As Necessary.
•  The Designated Holding Area Is Updated With All Designated Pull And Quarantine Items, As Necessary.
