 Minimum standards.

•  or a high school diploma.
•  Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, document formatting).
•  Basic PC skills include turning on and off a computer, using a mouse to point and click on programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and/or logging onto the internet.
•  Basic search engine skills include using the back, forward, and stop buttons to navigate, opening a browser, entering URLs in the correct places, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, and completing online forms.

•  Spanish and English fluency.
