Execution, Supervision, And Training Of Inventory Best Practices And Sops For The Entire Store, Including The Front End And Pharmacy. Supports Pharmacy Inventory Management Tasks Like Receiving, Counting, Ordering, And Facilitating Returns. For Receiving, Counting, Pricing, Returns, And All In-Store Inventory Procedures, Champions On-Shelf Availability Is Accountable. Ensures The Accuracy Of Planograms And Validates Them.

•  In Charge Of Examining And Coordinating The Appropriate Application Of Reports And System Applications, Which Affect The Accuracy Of Front End And Pharmacy On-Hand Balances And Pricing.

•  Executes Disposals, Call-Ins, And Vendor Returns Before Expiration; Completes Scan Outs/Scan Out Returns On All Subscribed Departments, Including Vendor/DSD Departments And Pharmacy Scan Outs. This Is All Part Of The On-Shelf Availability (OSA) End-To-End Process.
•  Completes Pharmacy Inventory Tasks Under The Direction Of The Pharmacist In Charge, Including But Not Limited To Vendor Returns, Non-Controlled Returns, Damaged Salvage Returns, And Pharmacy Recalls In Accordance With The Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy. Facilitates Excess Inventory Returns Or, When Necessary For Non-Returnable ABC Overstock, Interstore Pharmacy Transfers. Confirms The Posting Of All Claims From Pharmacies And Prescriptions.
•  Completes All Pricing Operations, Including Price Adjustments, Markdowns, And Markdown Deletions. Responsible For All Aspects Of The Department’s Basic Pricing, Including Daily Price Adjustments, Accurate Pricing And Proper Signage, And Dependable And Prompt Completion Of Any Additional Regulatory Pricing Tasks.
•  Ordering Expense Items To Support Front End And Pharmacy Ordering. Checks Manual Pharmacy Orders For Excess Orders. Keeps Consigned Stock In Check And Places Orders As Necessary.
•  Ensures That All Designated Pull And Quarantine Items Are Updated And Put In The Designated Holding Area.
•  Maintains Precise Inventory Counts. Maintains The Accuracy Of The Stock Levels, Not Just In The Stockroom But Also In Basic Departments And Overstock Locations.
