•  As an operations manager with the Procure to Pay operations team, you will be responsible for a team of partners who streamline the purchasing and payment procedures on behalf of our internal clients and vendors. •  Manages the assessment and analysis of the overall efficacy of systems and processes in order to ensure the best performance of processes, reporting, request delivery, and customer satisfaction.
•  determines and negotiates quantifiable, measurable service levels. notifies management and business units of any possible effects that might call for a renegotiation of service level agreements.
•  gives partners’ and customers’ needs advocacy and focus for the business unit. takes steps to address and resolve issues with customer service.

•  Increasing experience in operations management, sales, and retail for at least five years.
•  Over three years have passed since the process mapping and redesign.
•  3+ years of experience supporting franchises with an understanding of the procedures and systems used by wholesalers.
•  three or more years of experience in project management, including managing teams from different fields.
