 Important responsibilities include.
  •  A Principal Analyst on the Red Team works to strengthen defenses, improve response strategies, and improve detection capabilities in order to continuously improve United’s cybersecurity posture.
  •  The infrastructure that supports Red Team engagements, attack surface reduction engagements, and penetration tests is created and maintained by a principal analyst. A principal analyst is expected to produce and deliver engagement results that are concentrated on the root cause, as well as mitigation and detection recommendations, and to advise application and system owners on corrective action.
  •  The Principal Analysts of the Red Team additionally play a unique role in directly assisting United’s Vulnerability Disclosure Program. The capacity to work independently is essential in a large-scale enterprise setting.
