Full Job Description

We manage and offer services to Apple’s retail locations and workplaces through our diverse and adaptable team. In REandD, we don’t just wait for things to happen; we actively work to bring about those events in the best interests of all Apple staff members and clients. Create and lead sustainability initiatives to lessen the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, such as commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything in our power to ensure the health and safety of all Apple employees, facilities, and clients in our facilities around the world. We also create and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, take the helm on all pertinent capital construction projects, deliver first-rate facilities and on-site services.

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated senior facilities professional to join our team and manage the facilities upkeep of Apple’s retail stores in the AMR East region.

  •  7+ years of construction/facilities management experience with a focus on building and/or maintaining exceptional retail spaces or workplaces.

 Description.
  •  A proven track record of managing facilities is required, as well as a clear focus on managing buildings as exceptional retail spaces that offer the best value. The facilities services for Apple retail stores in the AMR East region will be under the control of this position.
  •  Engage and support the retail establishments in the area on a constant basis, attend to their needs, and visit the establishments at least twice a month to conduct thorough service reviews and to supervise all significant work.
  •  In collaboration with leadership from the store, market, and global retail support, conduct routinely scheduled, structured site visits to each of the assigned store locations in order to identify and document all issues with the store experience.
  •  Ensure that the contracted maintenance services are successfully provided to the store’s needs by collaborating with the suppliers and vendors. Lead facilities will organize the response to emergencies that could disrupt operations and will help staff members and contractors deliver operations services quickly and affordably.
  •  Drive functional and operational excellence for all projects and programs by providing regular, prescriptive feedback to all cross-functional teams, including those for real estate, design, innovation, standards, merchandising, direct sourcing, security, ISandamp;T, etc.
