Partners and members work within the business team to develop and implement annual business plans. Communicates the link between the compensation plan and the Global Rewards program and Partner Resource, ensuring that business units and company goals are aligned with the appropriate compensation tools.
- Defines job requirements and builds a team that can deliver results. Coordinating team efforts promotes teamwork.
- Oversees business and process requirements to be implemented and implemented effectively to support the reimbursement program. Leaders work with partners and stakeholders, including business unit leaders, to create organizational changes for incentive or compensation programs.
