 Job Description.

The Fabrication Manager Is In Charge Of Training Personnel Who Will Ensure That All Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget In Eden, North Carolina.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRINCIPALS.

•  Provide Overall Leadership For The Fabrication Department’s Supervisors, Leads And Associates.
•  Establish And Use Key Process Indicators To Measure Departmental Performance, Support Facility Goals And Objectives, And Enhance The Efficiency Of The Various Departments.
•  Lead The Implementation Of Lean Manufacturing To Promote Cultural Change.
•  Ensure That Every Manufacturing Process Is Of The Highest Caliber.
•  To Solve Product-Related Issues, Collaborate With Manufacturing And Engineering.
•  To Meet Or Exceed Quality, Cost, And Delivery Goals, Coordinate Activities Between Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, And Finance.
•  Manage Financial And Budgetary Controls To Achieve Or Surpass Plan Goals.
•  Set Guidelines For The Development And Training Of Plant Associates.
•  Strive To Achieve Stretch Goals To Promote Innovation And Rapid Expansion.
•  Take Part In The Creation And Execution Of The Business Strategy Plan.
