Junior Associate Technology invests in the future of people in the Southwest as they learn and grow through the one-year Junior Associate Technology program. This role will work collaboratively with various technical and cross-business employees as they learn about the role of the technology department in supporting the business, pursue development and certification opportunities, and learn good guidelines. Each week, the project receives 8 hours of time for skill development, industry knowledge development and professional development. They will receive 32 hours per week of on-the-job training, mentoring and opportunities to develop business solutions. Other details:

• This job is offered as a remote work position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Apart from these mandatory visits, most of your work time may be spent away from our office premises.

• The Technical Junior Associate Program will allow Junior Associates to apply their technical training systematically in a professional setting as they gain additional skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Will develop leadership and communication skills, professional development and ongoing professional training as they grow in their careers

Work
