  •  For the Associate Mid-Market Account Executive (AMMAE) position, Yelp Restaurants is looking for a driven foundational hire. In your capacity as an Associate Mid-Market Account Executive, you will play a crucial part in forming new partnerships with multinational corporations throughout North America in order to convince them to use our selection of restaurant and advertising products.
  •  You are entirely in charge of this role, from prospecting to closing. Your daily activities will involve strategizing, calling, pitching, and following up with mid-market restaurant executives in order to explain the value Yelp products can unlock for them. You will work closely with the Restaurant Success team to make certain that the clients you bring on board are happy and prepared for growth.
  •  Your ability to quickly adapt and iterate will be crucial to your success on this newly formed team. You are skilled at navigating organizations with hierarchical structures and complicated sales cycles. We need someone who has a track record of success in a setting that involves selling technology because we want to grow our team.
 Here’s what you’ll do:.
  •  You will control your own opportunities and territory by cultivating new leads and creating/maintaining your pipeline.
  •  The entire sales cycle will be managed by you through a variety of channels, including making introduction calls, responding to incoming inquiries, identifying business objectives through qualifying, closing the deal, and being in charge of upsells and expansions.
  •  You can improve your knowledge of them by using Yelp’s Guest Manager, Connect, and Advertising solutions.
  •  Your success will depend on your ability to pose pointed queries and respond to denials. When a client’s needs change, you’ll quickly modify your product recommendations.
  •  Your quarterly sales goals will be met and frequently exceeded.
  •  In order to ensure that current customers get the most out of the product(s) offered, you will plan and optimize for them with the assistance of the restaurant success team.
  •  Through the appropriate channels, you will manage, diffuse, and direct client feedback.
  •  You’ll be eager to travel for meetings in person about 30% of the time.
  •  Please be aware that although this position will be performed remotely, the applicant must reside 50 miles or less from a major airport.
 To be successful, you need to:.
  •  You have a history of exceeding targets and picking up speed in SaaS sales.
