  •  Utilizing formally acknowledged project management techniques, oversee all phases of pertinent records projects, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, communication training, and closure. Make sure the project meets its deadlines, stays within its budget, and yields the desired outcomes.
  •  Expand current cross-functional processes and improve legal records support by using your industry knowledge. Organize the tools and process documentation.
  •  Create, implement, and perpetually provide information management training for the L&CA systems and records repositories’ users. It also involves describing pertinent procedures, creating and/or reviewing technical documentation as required, and making sure that yearly compliance audits are carried out in accordance with legal requirements and corporate standards.
  •  Establish and implement procedures for L&CA systems data accuracy. Data discrepancies can be resolved by locating the source of the inconsistency and following up on issue resolution; users can also be trained to make sure they don’t occur again.
  •  serve as a subject-matter expert on cross-functional teams and projects to support significant business objectives, e. g. , during corporate de- or re-accessions.
  •  Create cross-functional teams to improve processes, fix process issues, and support business requirements and records policy compliance.
  •  Other group members, pertinent partners in Law and Corporate Affairs, and business units can receive mentoring, coaching, and training on information management and their role in it.
  •  Control the law firm’s request for a waiver of conflicts of interest.

  •  IGP or Certified Records Manager (CRM) are professionals in information governance.  5 years.
