Wells Fargo is seeking a Relationship Sales Manager (RM) to add to the commercial team that currently supports the UK Distribution Finance. The RM, who will have a home office nearby, will be in charge of developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with clients in North England and North Wales.
To service credit line needs, originate new credit lines, create proposals and credit packages, manage in-life file conditions, and perform KYC and AML, frequent interactions with customers will be necessary.

Engage in regular face-to-face, telephone, and email communication with customers to strengthen existing and new relationships.
By thoroughly understanding their credit line requirements and outlining the program terms and facility conditions in clear terms, you can support current and future needs.
To make sure that dealer credit lines are in line with manufacturer sales forecasts and plans, as well as to proactively adjust when necessary or when a customer’s credit profile permits it, it is essential to understand these plans and forecasts.
Conduct an initial financial analysis and justification to support credit line submissions and the underwriting decision-making process.
From the documentation stage through credit line activation, manage the pipeline and business operations related to credit line applications.
being able to negotiate suitable security to meet dealer credit line requirements.
The execution of legal contracts as required, corporate and legal compliance, and AML/KYC compliance.
Work with portfolio and account management to resolve challenging customer issues, billing errors, payment performance, and disputes.
Find and suggest opportunities for portfolio expansion, procedure improvement, and risk management development.
Attend dealer events, trade shows, and annual vendor portfolio reviews.

Qualifications that are required internationally include.

knowledge of origination, relationship management, and/or business development.
Strong communication and credit skills are also important, as is practical experience in business analysis and speaking with clients in a consultative and commercial capacity over the phone or in person.
