The position entails performing Senior Associate-level tasks for a Mandamp;A execution team. Working on client coverage and completing M&A mandates are a few examples, but they are not the only ones.

In this role, you’ll:.

The position entails carrying out an M&A Associate’s responsibilities within an M&A team. Analysts, vice presidents, directors, and managing directors will all be working with you on this project.
constructing thorough analyses and monetary models for valuation.
producing marketing materials like board presentations, management presentations, fairness opinions, and pitch documents for private offerings.
preparing different industry analyses, such as market trends, significant growth drivers, and industry dynamics.
building, maintaining, and creating and analyzing thorough company profiles.
managing multiple projects at once, supervising analysts and interns, and working well alone.
carrying out a transaction by performing each step required from beginning to end.
forming relationships with and keeping in touch with clients, both current and prospective.
Analysts are managed, trained, coached, and recruited.
For this position, regulatory screening requirements, including a background check, must be completed and cleared successfully.

excellent academic standing from a prestigious institution.
It is necessary to have a top-notch MBA or significant investment banking experience at a significant investment bank.
experience working on corporate clients’ and private investors’ buy-side and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions.
Knowledgeable of the UK Takeover Code and sector-neutral.
proficient in a variety of software programs, including those frequently used in the financial services sector, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Demonstrate your superior analytical and quantitative abilities as well as your working knowledge of accounting and valuation.
