 What You Do.

•  As a virtual inbound sales agent, you will handle inbound sales calls throughout your shift (about 40 per day), cheerfully assisting customers in locating and purchasing their desired items.
•  In order to give us the greatest availability and responsiveness to our clients, our scheduling system, which is made available to the public, was developed. Check your schedule before starting your shift to be aware of the times allotted for breaks, lunch, and team meetings.

•  Customers will contact the product’s suppliers to learn more when they require information beyond what is offered on the Wayfair website.
•  Follow the call flow and designated sales process (i.e., developing rapport, asking questions to ascertain the sale, etc.). ). ).
•  By upselling or cross-selling products that will complement their primary purchase but they may not have initially considered, you can enhance your customers’ experience by paying close attention to their needs.
•  As a data-driven business, we evaluate the effectiveness of our sales efforts using a range of operational metrics. Your compensation will also be impacted by these metrics.
•  You must be able to work almost the entire shift without being distracted and with your full attention on our customers.
•  This role requires a moderate level of comfort with technology and multitasking skills in order to deliver each caller with an exceptional customer experience, stay up to date on process and policy changes via email or the chat channel, navigate connectivity issues, handle unusual customer inquiries, and more.

 What is required.
