 In this role, you will.

•  Help internal and external clients who have inquiries or complaints about financial products and services.
•  Investigate the situation to determine the best course of action, take action to find the issues through research, and finish challenging online transactions.
•  Perform moderately complex client issue resolution initiatives, review complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags, and classify risks appropriately in the case management system in order to ensure that customer issues are handled while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards.
•  Observe the directives of your superiors and direct unusual client concerns to more knowledgeable individuals.
•  In order to address issues brought up and determine the best course of action, interact with both internal and external clients.
•  negotiating and implementing agreements to resolve disputed issues by acting as a mediator between parties.

 US requirements include:.

•  2+ years of contact experience, or equivalent, in the financial services industry, as demonstrated by any one or a combination of the following: education, training, work experience, or military service.

 The following are desired credentials.

•  working knowledge of debt verification, collections, and cease-and-desist letters.
•  understanding of how to operate various computer systems (i. e. ECAR, FDR, IRRIS, HOGAN, and ECAR).
•  rapid process modification adaptation.
•  exceptional ability to manage time.
•  a history of meeting SLAs for processes.
•  advanced Microsoft Office skills.

•  7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
•  The time for training is 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
