Affiliate partners build strategic, holistic and long-term relationships with mobile, broadband and TV users to make it easier to access, use and pay for Netflix. The Partner Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading the integration of Netflix into the set-top box and the user’s payment system, creating an excellent support service. The Partner Engagement Manager will understand the needs of our partners and create products that will delight Netflix members now and in the future.

Responsibilities include managing the integration of Netflix applications into the operator’s set-top box, negotiating the integration of Netflix into the user’s entertainment experience, and creating user journeys for the operator’s package, including Netflix . Dear Applicant:

3+ years of experience building relationships with international carriers or platforms
Development of payment, receiving, mobile, wallet, prepaid or direct user billing products
Entertainment products designed for mobile, web and TV
Creating and optimizing user acquisition journeys through customer insights and AB testing
Lead complex technical projects involving multiple parties
Complex and advanced communication leads to value creation
Collaborate with teams including product, engineering, business development, legal, marketing and finance distributed globally.
A good communicator in writing, can be effective at all levels, internally and externally
Data-driven analysis and decision-making, driven by a passion for metrics
Willingness to travel for partner and internal meetings
