To help fight intellectual property theft and the sale of fake goods, the Trademark and Brand Protection team is looking for an Analyst, Brand Protection. They will thrive on coming up with innovative ways to protect our IP and aid in directing consumers to genuine, authorized consumer goods and experiences because they have prior experience working for a consumer goods company, filmed entertainment studio, or IP enforcement vendor. They’ll have a focus on business, be creative and eager to disprove conventional wisdom regarding IP management. They will be extremely well-organized, driven by their own goals, quick on their feet, adaptable, tech-savvy, and able to balance a variety of tasks with unwavering attention to detail. Strong business acumen, curiosity, and considerable initiative are needed for this fast-paced position.

In close cooperation with external vendors and internal stakeholders, monitor, review, and analyze international online marketplaces for consumer products that violate intellectual property rights.

Requirements:.

experience identifying and making decisions about how to enforce IP rights against a variety of infringing and counterfeit goods.
familiarity with brand protection and IP management tools, including Corsearch, Meta IPR platform, Amazon Brand Registry, and WebTMS.
experience working with various legal, business, marketing, and PR teams in a cross-functional environment to accomplish business goals. .
Tech-savviness, including competence with tools and systems to manage a large volume of matters (e. g. , reporting, information management systems, and databases).
