Responsibilities:.
- Within The Workday Payroll, Absence, And Time Tracking Modules, Collect Requirements, Implement, And Support Functionalities.
- Work With The Cross-Functional Netflix Teams That Include Global Payroll, Employee Services, Accounting, Benefits, And Stock Administration.
- Configure And Update Workday’s Business Process Definitions.
- Utilize Report Writer To Create Reports And Dashboards.
- Create And Support Integrations (PECI/EIB) That Allow Workday And Other Internal/External Systems To Exchange Data Both Inbound And Outbound.
- Create And Keep Up With Accounting Center Workflows.
Desired Abilities/Qualifications:.
- At Least Five Years’ Worth Of Experience Using Payroll Systems.
- Functional Understanding Of The World’s Payroll Systems.
- Knowledge Of The Payroll, Absence, And Time Tracking Workday Modules.
- Working Knowledge Of PICOF And PECI, Third-Party Payroll Integrations.
- Understanding Of Expense Accounting And Payroll.
- Knowledge Of The QA Procedures And The Software Development Life Cycle In Depth.
- Familiarity With The Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Procedure.
- Proficiency In Solution Design, Development, And Quality Assurance With Business Users.
- Written And Verbal Communication Abilities That Are Well-Established.
