Our team is looking for an outgoing and ambitious Business Systems Analyst to work in a fast-paced development environment with multiple business customers within the company.

This position will be based in the company’s Singapore office and will report to the Director, Business Technology. The best person for this position is someone who has in-depth knowledge of payment systems and procedures. The ability to think critically and think outside the box is important. Functions:

Gather requirements, implement and support services for workday payroll and time tracking systems. Work with cross-functional teams within Netflix including Global Payroll, HR, Technology People, Accounts, Profit and Product Management. Organize and manage business process details and work dates. Create reports and dashboards using the report editor. Develop and maintain integration (PECI/EIB), for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems. Develop and maintain accounting workflows.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

Extensive experience working with payment systems, domain knowledge of working with global payment systems. Paying hard and investing in technology Workday module – wages and time monitoring. In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and assurance
Experience working with other payment processing systems (PICOF/PECI). Knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) process. Ability to work effectively with corporate staff in design, development and delivery of solutions.
