We’re looking for a Senior Content Developer with gaming experience to help push the limits of what gaming can be on Netflix. This project will work together with a global community of content creators and writers, product designers, product managers, engineers, and game partners working to bring millions of people together. Organizations around the world enjoy the game on Netflix. As our gaming efforts grow, we’re looking for a full-time Content Developer to lead a new project to explore and improve how our team finds, discovers and plays games on Netflix.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content design, UX writing, and content strategy, with the ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. They will be motivated, hard working, well organized and always pay attention to details. They will also be able to prioritize their own work, communicate effectively and represent their work to key stakeholders. And of course, they will be interested and enthusiastic about the game.

NOTE: This is not a text condition for the content of the games themselves, but rather a representation of the UI of the game and the Netflix service.

Functions:

-Initiate, define and lead new content creation projects, from concept to completion, in the field of game products.
– Work with other creators (content, visual, interaction, movement) and examples to discover and change the way the gaming experience is presented on Netflix. – Write UX documentation for Netflix product UI and design content strategy for presenting game information on Netflix.
– Create research for A/B testing and quality analysis, using data to make content design decisions that will engage viewers and retain them. – Copy the language and word options in the description mode, while following the description method in the current version of the game.
-Added and rewrote the description and version of the game’s instructions as needed. – Provides content management services to key stakeholders, members, and content creators and writers for visibility and feedback.
-Declare the content structure and parameters for the project to stimulate discussion and lead to implementation.

Is required:

-3+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy and/or UX writing.
– A storyteller at heart, who can create and organize cohesive stories across product touch points. -Well organized with attention to detail, able to prioritize well and respond well to the changing needs of the team.
– Experience in developing language or literature design and planning systems. – Communicate with like-minded people and feel comfortable arguing your point of view in our culture of honesty and feedback.
-A hard-working entrepreneur who thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment. -A positive attitude, especially in the face of changing workloads and workflows.
-Experience working with a large cross-functional driving force. – Enthusiasm and passion for games, and bring the team around the world of Netflix games.
