We are looking for a Finance Manager, LATAM, to help our regional finance team move forward through accounting systems and processes, and work on foundational readiness for regional business needs. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, a self-starter, flexible, and able to juggle multiple tasks with different focus areas. and planning, financial reporting, and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Improve operational processes in a rapidly changing environment.
Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with external consultants and internal teams. Use research to design and implement standardized processes and smart solutions (systems / automation) and reporting requirements.
Influence and lead change through positive style, empowerment and inclusion. Collaborate with teams across time zones to collaborate with US and international companies.
Maintains multiple accounting records and corresponding ledgers for varying levels of complexity and importance;
Understand how systems work together to drive optimization and automation where possible. You will carefully identify the gaps in the current system and lead the work of those who work to design, test and implement new systems and tools;

P&L and Balance Sheet Analysis (US GAAP, Regional GAAP & IFRS) – Calculations, Quarterly Analysis, Variance Analysis, etc.

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent with in-depth working knowledge of accounting, CPA/IFRS preferred;
Knowledge of IFRS (or IFRS equivalent) and/or any other regional GAAP in LATAM;
3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large, fast-growing international company (Big Four experience is a plus);
Experience in preparing legal tenders for international companies;
Experience in international accounting and tax preparation;
Experience in the technology/entertainment industry is a plus but not essential if you are passionate about the position, have a strong background in accounting and can learn quickly;
