With a deep heritage and expertise in advertising – one of the most competitive markets in the world, and a flood of multi-dimensional data – dunnhumby today helps companies around the world, across all industries, and businesses first. dunnhumby employs nearly 2,500 professionals in companies across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas working for brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro .

We are looking for a junior designer who expects more than their work. This is an opportunity to expand and improve the Dunnhumby brand marketing team. This is an opportunity to work with industry leaders, explore new opportunities for us, and influence retailers and retailers worldwide. By joining our team, you will work with world class, passionate people who use smart design to put our products and services in front of some of the biggest retailers and brands in the world.

You will join a small, friendly team of creative, content and digital professionals, helping to showcase our brand across digital platforms, social channels and corporate events.

What you have to work on

You will be involved in various design projects, having the opportunity to put your design skills to the test, come up with ideas and bring them to life. No day is the same when you’re working with precision from our team around the world. What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes design, has an eye for detail, who can work well under pressure and close to deadlines.

You will have a BA (or equivalent) in Graphic Design/Visual Communication, and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and creative skills. You must know how to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) and be able to create in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience with digital editing (Adobe Xd) and video editing skills such as After Effects or Premier Pro is a plus, but not essential. What you can expect from us

We will never meet your expectations. We will challenge them. So you get the comprehensive remuneration package you’ve come to expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal change that you might not expect. In addition, useful benefits such as flexible working hours and your birthday.

You will also benefit from investing in high-quality technology that reflects our global mission. But with a small nimble business that gives you the freedom to play, experiment and learn.

But we are not talking about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with successful networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Pride, dh Families, dh Teams and dh Thrive as living proof. Everyone is invited. The way we work is changing

At dunnhumby, we respect and honor differences and strive to build an inclusive culture by creating an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.

We believe that you will do your best at work if you have a work/life balance. Some roles lend themselves to flexibility more than others, so if this is important to you, please let your employer know as we are open to discussing agile working opportunities during the career process.
