The Senior Producer is directly responsible for ensuring that the team consistently produces work at the highest standard, in the quickest time possible, and in accordance with the project’s or company’s standards. The Senior Producer will work with professionals from various fields to help define the project’s objectives.

Important Duties and Responsibilities.

Lead multiple teams within the project to ensure that the vision is carried out with the highest level of quality and predictability.
Work together with the product leads, producers, and stakeholders to define the goals and vision for a project.
Assist other leads, producers, and teams in order to produce the desired results by making sure the team(s) is/are aware of all tasks and due dates.
Manage teams to produce products that adhere to all agreed-upon features, goals, and deadlines.

Both training and practical experience.

7 years’ worth of relevant experience on top-tier console, mobile, or web games.
prior experience with the F2P release of at least two AAA-caliber or comparable mobile games.
a thorough understanding of the structures, dynamics, and leadership within gaming teams.
for at least a year, a production position with LiveOps.
thorough understanding of best practices, industry standards, and how to use them in game development.
experience with tracking applications like Jira, Hansoft, Excel, Unity, and Tableau.

Type of Position/Estimated Work Hours.

Because our typical business hours are 10 am to 6:00 pm cst, the Senior Producer should be available for meetings and other events. for all of time.

Travel.

There might be a need for some travel.
