  •  We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated senior facilities professional to join our team and manage the facilities upkeep of Apple’s retail stores in the AMR Central and South East region.
 Initial Conditions.
  •  7+ years of experience in construction and facilities management with a focus on designing and/or maintaining exceptional retail spaces or workplaces.
  •  a track record of developing thorough preventative maintenance plans and the tools to closely monitor them in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  •  knowledge of the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of all technical services required for building upkeep and improvement.  Description.
  •  The facilities manager should have previous experience managing facilities and a proven track record of running buildings as outstanding retail spaces and delivering top-notch results at the most affordable price. In the AMR Central and South East region, the position will be in charge of the facilities services for Apple retail stores.
  •  Support and engage the area’s retail businesses actively at all times, attend to their needs, and visit the establishments at least twice a month for thorough service reviews and to keep an eye on all significant work.
  •  Conduct routinely scheduled, organized site visits to each of the assigned store locations to find and record any issues the stores are experiencing. With the assistance of the store, market, and international retail support leadership, carry out this action in close cooperation and communication.
  •  Work closely with the suppliers and vendors to ensure that the store’s needs are successfully met by the contracted maintenance services.
  •  The lead facilities coordinate the response to emergencies that could impact operations, helping staff members and contractors to deliver operations services promptly and effectively.

  •  By working closely with the Development and RDDM design teams, a constant feedback loop is created to enhance building functionality and material selection.
 Learning and Experience.
  •  Engineering bachelor’s programs favor majors in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or construction management.
