This Senior Technology Analyst invests in the future of Southwest through her work supporting the Tech Crew Nomination and Rewards team. This role will work closely with Technology, Flight Ops and Air Ops and leadership to support technology related to the route and vacation planning tools in these spaces, which is necessary to organize our personnel and coordinate our operations. This Senior Technology Analyst is excited to support our people, provide analysis and reporting on data, and win promotion in this growing and innovative space. Other details:

This job is offered as a remote work position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Apart from these mandatory visits, most of your work time may be spent away from our office premises. Please note that although this is a remote location, there are a few states or regions where employees are not eligible to perform their regular duties.
