Ensure club import policies are met by contacting members to inform them when shipping is delayed; notify members when a product is out of stock (eg out of stock); providing members with alternative product options when needed; ensure that products and packages are selected in accordance with company policies and procedures; ensure distribution when members arrive for pickup; solve team problems and issues; and promote the company’s products and services. Maintains facility security in accordance with company policies and procedures by performing security clearances; follow procedures for handling goods; and resolve and report adverse events in resource management.
Provides service to team members by understanding the individual and identifying their needs; help members make purchasing decisions; buying process members; assist in payments in accordance with company policies and procedures for various types of payments; use accounting to help members in their business; find and organize goods; zoning of the designated area; solve team problems and issues; promote the Company’s products and services; organize and manage car/tray availability; help members pick things up; use vehicle recovery equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures; and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot. Comply with company code of conduct and integrity policies, procedures and standards by implementing related action plans; using open door commands; and apply them in the execution of business processes and practices.
