The Senior Executive Assistant will support the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in a busy and dynamic environment. For the CMO, this position will be an essential team member who will serve as a vital coworker to guarantee productivity at all organizational levels. The most qualified candidate will make sure that meeting preparation materials are sent ahead of time and that they arrive on time. They will simplify scheduling of meetings and travel, enabling project management and decision-making from a distance. With minimal supervision, they will be able to complete challenging and varied administrative tasks, demonstrating their in-depth familiarity with the company’s policies and procedures. They will have the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of leadership while always acting discretely and diplomatically. Because they will be able to block out distractions, the CMO will be able to actively set and steer the organization’s agenda.
