Job Description:
The Yard Supervisor maintains a safe, clean and orderly yard/ground and display of boats, tractors, motorcycles and ATVs to ensure prompt retrieval of these products when required; The delivery department needs to be a designated area within the service or sales area or a designated area for delivery to remote locations.
Important functions:
Maintain a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensure that shopping is enjoyable and productive for all customers. Use a forklift or tractor to unload all incoming boats, motorcycles, trailers and ATVs, and transport the units to designated locations within the service or dealer, i.e. multiple storage areas, displays and ‘Outside, showroom floor or customer delivery area.
Prepare packing lists or invoices for all shipping or other product deliveries. Organize transportation and organization of ships for maintenance, logistics and detailing moving parts from place to place as needed.
Load and prepare for delivery of all outgoing units to designated areas of the depot. Check the rigged unit to ensure that the documentation is correct, the serial number has been checked, the hardware has been installed correctly, and the motors are correctly assigned to the boat.
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing all units as needed. Participate in monthly and yearly physical unit manufacturing.

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and control, colleagues and customers

- Ability to drive a forklift
- Lifts weights up to 50 kilograms
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers
