Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, operations analysis, bioinformatics, economics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics) or relevant experience.
Experience with log data analysis, querying, scripting (eg R or Python, SQL), metrics development/management, or program/product evaluation. Experience in teaching/teaching teams or managing people in a technical environment.

Candidate Qualifications:

PhD in a quantitative field (e.g. statistics, operations analysis, bioinformatics, economics, computational biology, computer science, mathematics, physics) or relevant experience. Experience in strategic analysis, data analysis, metrics reporting and executive presentations.
Experience in experimental design, training in areas such as data analysis, research design, statistical analysis. Ability to extract insights from data, solve business problems in complex, fast-changing and unpredictable business environments.
Ability to apply mathematics training. Good communication and business skills.

Work:

Collaborate and collaborate with various teams working with the product manager and engineering leads to identify strategic insights, growth and opportunities for the product.
Create business recommendations and effective presentation of results to multiple levels of stakeholders through the presentation of quantitative information. Work with datasets and solve problems, bring statistical methods to problems of quality, improve customer products, and understand end-user behavior.
Develop machine learning techniques to identify engagement level drivers. Understand the complex nature of machine learning.
Manage a team of analysts to perform product analysis, advise on our measurement, approach and measurement capabilities.
